The pipette provided is not suitable for extracting all of the product due to its size. When I sought assistance, I was instructed to transfer the product into a glass dish myself. This is not what I expect when buying a product with a pipette. I pointed out that this issue should have been identified during development, and suggested labeling it or using a rubber pipette instead. I received only a generic 'sorry for the inconvenience' reply.
