Been using the audio converter for years and it worked flawlessly, right up until a few days ago. Even the updater didn’t work. I contacted support and, despite it being the weekend, got a really fast response (thanks Mila, you're a star!) that solved the problem immediately.Really happy with both the product AND the support. Five stars well deserved.
