The Netflix Video Downloader suddenly crashed and stopped me from connecting to the browser. I updated my browser's and also updated to a newer version of the app, but still was receiving a message "ERROR CODE E109, your browser is no longer supported". That was about 10 days ago, but since then ViWizard have up graded their version to 1.11.0 and now everything is working perfectly, thanks to Mila at Customer Support service.
