I had enrolled for a full body laser treatment at VLCC Coimbatore a few months ago. Before purchasing the package, I specifically enquired whether there was any deadline to complete the sessions. Ms. Prema from the branch assured me that there was **no validity period** and also promised visible results with consistency.Based on that assurance, I went ahead and completed 3–4 sessions. However, midway through the treatment, I received a call from the team informing me of a **new corporate rule** introducing a **validity period**, which was **not part of the agreement at the time of purchase**. As a result, I am now being told I can no longer avail the remaining sessions of my package.This experience has been extremely disappointing and feels unfair as it disregards the original terms under which the package was sold. I hope VLCC takes responsibility for honoring prior commitments made to customers, regardless of subsequent internal policy changes.
