Compared with other providers the internet was ok, Latency was a little higher but other then that it was fine. TV was another story though. On multiple occasions we had channels freeze up randomly. Called in so many times and with no resolution. Sometimes their support teams would be combative. After enduring the TV channel problem long enough I decided to leave. So I cancelled my account and sent back the modem like customer service said so that I would not be charged a fee for the modem. They did not charge me for the modem, BUT they did charge me a restocking fee. Really vmedia??? A restocking fee??? That is such poor business practice. I will never use vmedia again nor promote them, all because of a restocking fee of $28. You make the other providers look so much better.
