I bought the 3-vinyl subscription. My first month, I only received 2 records. I asked where the third was and if they could send the record I was supposed to get. They said no, they could credit me $14 and pick a different record in their store and they’d send it with the next month’s delivery. The next delivery came and the record was not included. I emailed about it. No response. When it didn’t arrive the next month, I called, cancelled my subscription and asked for a refund. Dealing with this company was really frustrating and they seemed unorganized. I was also only refunded the portion of the record not covered by the credit. The credit was because they didn’t fulfill my subscription box. They technically owe me $14. So annoying.
