At first I was very excited about this monthly subscription service. But after a while I started realizing a few things 1) I wasn’t receiving my monthly shipments, I would go 45 days sometimes over two months with no shipment. I then thought maybe I’ll pay for the expedited shipping. I then not only didn’t receive my shipment on time, I didn’t receive a shipment at all. 2) Vnyl does not respond to customer inquiries. On several occasions I emailed their customer service to inquire about my records, I had really hope that this was maybe something on my end or some setting I could fix because I really enjoyed the curated subscription however after receiving no response I decided to cancel my subscription, still no refund or records or even a response from Vnyl, maybe someone else will come along who can do this right. Oh and the vibe is trash just a way to sell you whatever trash they are promoting.
