I tried VNYL a few years ago and really liked the records I got, but cancelled back then because I didn't have the extra cash for it. Decided to try a three-month run to see what they sent me. Despite having access to my previous orders, my Discogs AND my Spotify, they sent me a bunch of very 'meh' records. After the three months I decided I didn't want to do another three, so I called.Btw, their "customer happiness team" is only open 6hrs a day on business days. And no one ever answers the phone. I left a VM, they called back but because they only operate in the middle of the work day, I was busy and couldn't pick up. I called again, left another voicemail and never heard back. Then my credit card was charged. I'm fuming. Don't even bother with a trial, there are other record subscriptions that deserve your business.
