My package got shipped to Thailand (I'm in Malta, EU) and is now over 2 months late.I'm not sure who is to blame for the parcel going to the wrong country, but after 2 months of dealing with this I didn't get offered a refund, discount or any form of compensation. The only option they gave me was getting my package resent to me, which they were going to send me the wrong order because customer care looked up the wrong parcel/order number, (I had previously ordered from the Spark Company in March and that is what they weer going to send but I intervened). So I wasn't even going to get my correct order re-sent. As I write this I still do not have my package. Clothes I ordered for summer will now arrive in winter.
