I ordered an embroidered hoodie, but ordered a size too large, my mistake. Reluctantly I requested an exchange, as I realise that they are made to order to avoid waste. The VO team were great; very quick to respond, good communication throughout exchange and I received the replacement very speedily. I have a VO hoodie already so I know that the quality is exceptional and they wash and wash very well. Great team who doing great things. Thank you.
