I did a free trial, meant to cancel, didn't cancel in time and got charged for the annual fee. That's on me.But then I realized they'd been charging me monthly at the same time. No invoice. No monthly subscription in my dashboard or in my iPhone/Apple settings. Just $500 a year for an app that's $90 a year.I wrote customer service, and got an email saying they take up to 5 days to respond, so while I was waiting they charged me again. I don't think you should take 5 days to answer people if you charge weekly for an app which is crazy. They did write me back, in 2 days or so, and credited me the monthly amounts. Their email was confusing and not really accurate to what happened, but perhaps strangest is they said what's in my iphone settings/Apple account is out of their control and may not be accurate. That's wild to me. I don't have an issue with any other app there. All things considered, they did not try to keep my funds which I appreciate. Wish I could comment more on the quality of their app, but I didn't have time to use it.
