I really enjoyed using these initially, but after about six months, they stopped regulating properly and only heat up to around 160 degrees before showing an error. I purchased them in a store, so I’m unsure how to return them. I've tried reaching out to customer service, but it hasn't been helpful. I just need someone to confirm if they can be fixed.
