I made an impulsive purchase after reading what I now realize were fake reviews. The website appears UK-based, but that couldn't be further from the truth. I tried to cancel my order, but they claimed it was already in transit. I initiated a chargeback with my bank and thankfully received a refund. Now they’re insisting the product was delivered, but I never received anything. They want me to return it at my own cost, which is part of their scam to make it difficult to return items. Don’t be deceived—this company is not trustworthy!
