I bought a scarf but unfortunately had to file a claim due to its poor quality. The seller accepted the claim based on photos and promised a replacement, but the new item was of even worse quality. After sending additional pictures, I was told the products matched the description. To receive a refund, I would need to return it to a distant location. I cannot recommend purchasing here. The stitching is subpar, and the quality is embarrassing to wear. My feedback was removed from their social media, and my account was banned. Not professional.
