I didn’t realise I had to put in another separate order for Custom packaging for my keychains.So I hit them up and got Matilde and she was very sweet and helped me out!It was a silly mistake on my end but she was verry kind and understanding over my confusion and helped me add the Custom packaging to my order and sorted the whole thing out quickly!!100% would recomend!
