Not sure how it’s legal to approve a subscription for users when they only purchased a product of 1 transcription and not subscribed, let alone not share with users they’ve an active subscription. Customer service hasn’t responded in a week, obvious scam, my bank will be certain to ensure you pay for not only the dispute but also more money on top. Scam, scam scam. So obvious, crooks.
