This company’s billing practices are extremely misleading and unacceptable. Even if they claim that the automatic renewal is written in the terms and conditions, I did not receive a clear, separate confirmation or receipt for each individual charge. There was no transparent notification before the recurring payment was taken, and no proper invoice sent at the time of the charge. Hiding behind “it’s written on the website” is not enough when the subscription terms are not presented clearly and prominently during checkout. In addition, the cancellation process is unnecessarily complicated and far from straightforward. It is difficult to locate where to cancel, the instructions are unclear, and the overall experience feels intentionally confusing. I was charged approximately $80 without using the service even once. In my view, despite the wording in the terms, this feels like a scam.
