The Voice Acting Career Kickstart (VACK) is an evolving dynamic service that thrives when its students succeed. The program is sorted into 18 online modules that can be completed at your own pace. The modules cover a multitude of topics relevant to voice over, including mindset, voice over job types, industry standards, audio equipment and more. These modules are high-quality and thought-provoking. The true beating heart of the VACK program is its community. Fellow VACK members lend their time and energy to lead "weekly workouts," allowing students to test what they've been practicing in the modules in front of a live audience of their peers. Members are encouraged to share their progress and wins, submit demos for feedback and collaborate with the community. The VACK community's willingness to assist one-another nurtures a learning environment where all participants can push themselves and really play. The hosts, Liz and Bradey Hales, are also active participants in the program. The two engage with the VACK community frequently on the class page and procure special learning opportunities (such as mindfulness workshops and monthly townhalls) for their students. I greatly appreciate the extra effort and time that they lend to all of us, whether it's answering questions, sharing home studio ideas, or linking helpful resources. Overall, VACK is a fantastic community-driven program that gives its students all the tools needed for success. All it asks in return is that its students put in the work to achieve their goals.
