I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Volagratis.First of all, it is completely unacceptable for a travel booking platform to offer customer support chat that is not available 24/7. I am in a different time zone, and their support hours are nearly 10 hours apart from mine, making it almost impossible to get timely assistance when it actually matters.Secondly, I requested a name correction well in advance of my flight. They had more than 72 hours to resolve the issue, yet nothing was done. This level of inefficiency is simply unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as critical as flight details.On top of that, the communication from their support team was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. As a customer, I expected a much higher standard of service.This has been, without question, the worst booking platform experience I have ever had. I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case, it is absolutely deserved.
