Very poor service and customer service. Booked a flight and a car rental combined. I realized ond day before departure that my car rental reservation had been cancelled one months earlie, without notification. I tried to contact the company for support. None answere my call, and after more than one hour on their chat box, only got automated answers, promising, we will contact you back in max 2 hours. Obviously, none called. I had to rebook a rental on a rush, and the inconvience ruined my plan for the day and the evening. But the worst is to come. I received a phone call from customer service the following day in the late afternoon, AFTER my landing in the destination place, offering to book another car. They didn't even realized that the flight booked with them had alrealy landed in the destination airport.
