A nightmare, I only booked once trough them and I never experienced so many mishaps and frustration:Here’s a list of the things that happened… on a f*****n single booking ! - a missed pop-up allow me to pay twice for the ticket- they fail to make the automated checkin and alert me day before departing ( with an auto-mail at 5AM )- what I thought to be a cabin bag is just the underseat one- thw personal area of their site doesn’t work on safari neither mobile or browser version so gtfo apple usersI mean the only good point is that customer care actually answers quickly….
