Worse experience I ever had. I requested a change in dates of my initial trip. I get an email back saying that they are happy to confirm my request. Of course in Italian. I went ahead and confirmed and paid a ridiculous price 300 euros which includes 100 euros just for the agency fee. Fast forward. The ticket was confirmed for another day. Not the day I asked for initially. I tried few emails and calls. After 3 days I was able to reach them. Guess what. They are asking me to pay another 300 euros to get the date I requested initially. Because I made a mistake and didn't see that they changed the dates.... when I told them that not once in their email it stated that they couldn't find my date and had changed it. The operator said that it's not their fault.... anyways worse ever. I am stuck now paying 600 euros in total for this. I will never ever use them again
