I had really a poor customer experience. I was given from my company a Volagratis voucher for 100€ for flights. I had tried to book on Volagratis but at the end I put the Voucher number and for some IT issue I was charged the full 120€ amount and not just the 20€ with the voucher. I have then asked to customer service to use the voucher and that the disservice was caused by an IT issue, but I did receive the worst and uncaring service. I had the doubt the Volagratis is here to cheat on people.At the end of the day I have reused the voucher by I did lose 50€ between extra margins of Volagratis on Ryan air. Honestly I did lose another 50 € since I had booked with Volagratis a Ryan air flight with 2 small baggages, thinking they could be carried on board..I discovered at the gate that I had to check in the 10 kg baggage and was fine 50€. Really an experience that questions the need for such companies. I am still open for a damage refund, but more than this I invite to reflect on the customer experience. Tommaso Rossi
