I booked a flight on July 22, 2020, which was scheduled to depart on August 1, but was canceled by Aeroflot due to a Covid-19 problem. Although the flight was canceled by Aeroflot, they still did not pay me (today is 04/12/2020). I have called Volagratis for millions of times, but no one is there to answer the people in charge. They use the coronavirus as an excuse to be inaccessible over the phone!!! I also contacted Aeroflot but they accuse volagratis of giving them the wrong bank account! They say my refund was made on 11/14/2020, but the account number is wrong! Customer service at AEROFLOT VENEZIA also puts me in DEADLOCK by sending a link to the Volagratis website and saying that I should contact the website (maybe it makes more sense to contact the wall or chair) !!! Also, after 6 months of me waiting for refund, they accuse me of impatience :) !!!! So in fact my only solution is hope that they will repay me!!! Therefore, based on my personal experience, I do not recommend using VOLAGRATIS and AEROFLOT at all! While I had the same problem with QATAR AIRWAYS (I bought my ticket directly from QatarAirways.com), but they paid me in 72 hours!
