Avoid at all cost. Everything is OK as far as it is automatic. They do nothing and their software gets money selling tickets automatically. Whenever you have a problem, they don't answer the phone, or make it impossible for you to get in touch with an operator. Emails also don't work, I never got more than an automatic reply. I've been waiting for a reimburse for almost 6 months and none of my emails has been answered. They do however have deduced me 30 euros for each of the tickets that still have to be reimbursed, so they make sure to get payed at all cost. This company belongs to the lastminute.com group.
