Volagratis.com is a part of LM GROUP lmgroup.lastminute.com (different websites). I booked one of my ticket on one of they websites. Next I cancelled that ticket. On 2020-03-05 they wrote to me:"Hi Marcin, Booking ID: 1432651784We are writing to inform you that we have confirmed your cancellation request.We will make the refund of EUR 459.36 to your original payment method. This refund will be made as soon as we receive the amount from the airline, which could take up to 2 months."It's already 6 months - no any refund, no any contact from them.It was not COVID airline cancellation case, but typical cancellation requested after rescheduling one of my flight.Be aware - do not book any tickets with that OTA. No any contacts, no any refunds.
