I am extremely dissapointed in your service. I purchased a flexible ticket from Bangkok to hanoi so I could change the date. And after 5 attempts on the system you keep telling me there is no available option. I ask you to change it for ANY other date in October but I get no response. Now my flight has been missed and I lost my money. Terrible service. I would like to speak to someone that can sort this out. I can’t believe your company is so unresponsive.
