I purchased a ticket back and forth from MXP to DCA. In my flight to get back I arrived at the check in where they told me that there was an E-ticket error and that my ticket was non-existent. After trying to call VolaGratis customer service more multiple times as Delta was not able to solve the problem as it was a VolaGratis issue I had to miss my two flights to go back to Milan. Terrible service as well as traumatic experience.
