Awful! While it's true that they offer competitive prices, the service is just not worth it. Beware!We paid an additional (considerable) amount to be able to choose seats on an intercontinental flight, weeks in advance. We're a family of four travelling together, so we wanted to be seated together on a long haul. But once the check-in was open, our seats were not registered with the airline - as a matter of fact, two of the four seats we had booked were already taken by somebody else. Volagratis were not able to resolve the problem and refused either to offer alternative seats, or to approve a refund, before "the issue is investigated". They also could not tell how long the investigation would take and if we'd still have a possibility to be seated together once "the issue is investigated". Unfortunately, on intercontinental flights, the seats are taken very quickly and while waiting for a reply from them, there were no more seats together in the category we selected. So eventually, we decided to pay new seats to the airline in order to be at least seated close to each other. Volagratis' customers support is extremely difficult to reach and when you do, they're very rude too. You'd better record and screenshot everything, although it seams it's not an EU company, so there's probably not much you can do in case of a dispute.Most importantly - selecting your seats or adding luggage with the airline at the time of check-in is cheaper! Do not pay any additional services to Volagratis in advance.
