Despite multiple attempts via Vola Gratis’s support chat and even trying to contact the property owner, I couldn’t get the necessary info until days of back-and-forth emails later.When I finally arrived, the apartment was filthy — dust everywhere, smelly towels, mold on the bathroom door, and dirty dishes. It was completely unacceptable.I reported everything immediately. Customer service asked me to wait, then offered a €50 voucher while they looked into it. After 28 days of silence, I followed up, only to be told my refund was denied — in an email I never received. To add to the confusion, they mentioned “lastminute” for no clear reason.Vola Gratis failed both in support and in ensuring the quality of the accommodation. I trusted their platform, but the experience was a waste of time, money, and effort. I have requested a refund and got it declined because they issue it only when the actual accommodation issues it.
