I had a great experience with Volero so far. I placed my order and 2 days after I received my carpets thru the company XXL Pakket, all the process was very easy, I was always informed of the process, I got emails daily with the information of wat was happening with my order. I received a tracking number and the day before of the delivery they gave me a 2 hour window of time for the delivery and it was delivered in that time. So my experience was great with ordering and the delivery. I´ll place another review later after checking the quality. I bought 2 big carpets of 3 meters, so hopping to have a good experience with the quality as well.
