wrong item delivered, shipped from outside EU despite shipping method was Evri EU NL

everything went wrong.first the order was delayed, then despite the shipping method being Evri EU NL is choosen you ship the package from US to Denmark, then when i ask about that i'm told that i should just pay the customs invoice when it arrives then i'll be reimbursed,you then can only Reimburse half of it because of the amount was higher than on my order so now i've paid 60% more.i receive the tips, only to find that you shipped 2 wrong tips out of the 4 i ordered.i'm then told that the replacement tips will be shipped from EU, but no, you decide to ship from the US again, i'm then asking for a full refund for the order and the remaining from the customs invoice, then i'd pay the new customs invoice, which would mean i'd still pay more than the tips costs. i'm told to reject the delivery and that the fulfillment manager has been told that my package should only be processed from the EU. that was on Oct-09.nov-06 i asked " It's been almost a month nowAny news on when these will be back in stock in the EU, and the tips will be shipped?also the Package from the US should be on the way back"this is the respond"Hello Kjartan,Thank you for getting back to me on this. If the package is with customs, you can pay the fees and collect the package so I can reimburse you this payment, please let me know. Our new stocks would have since arrived at the EU warehouse, but we had an unexpected factory delay that disrupted the production process, the consignment is now being expected between November 17 - 20.Our sincere apologies for this delay.
