my order were placed 9/11-2024 and were supossed too be shipped at the end of november. I recived my order 6/02-2025. they were never realistic about their dilevery date !I ordered 6 Volta Max 240W Cable Set's they are great but one of them broke after a few uses, magnet fell out of the connector.how they will respond to message about the broken cabel
