I have used volta chargers for 3 years now, and i have to say this is not getting any better. The service response is terrible so don't look at the life time warranty as a plus. Because you will end up being forced to buy another replacement cable elsewhere while waiting for this replacement. We are talking about 2-3 weeks of back and forth emails and finally getting it shipped. The tip is always breaking as the msterial to hold the metal cover and the circuit inside it always falls apart. The cable o ly charges fast if the brick is a good and has good circuit connection. Even the slightest disalignment will affect the whole charging speed. Still waiting for John to reply after 2 weeks 😪Edit: not sure if Volta response is helping this case, the issue isn't with the replacement. The issue is with the response on email. You said it was confirmed, but I haven't even confirmed my order nor see a confirmation receipt that my order is being sent out. So the replacement hasn't even been placed as said. If there is one, send a confirmation/tracking order through as proof with the date stamp of your said confirmation.
