I would give them a 0 star if I could. Rented a dress online for a Saturday wedding interstate. The lender posted the dress on the same Monday, I thought everything would be fine. I arrived on Thursday thinking the dress would definitely get there before I did, IT DID NOT. I started panicking on Friday as the dress still was nowhere to be found. The tracking number wasn’t even correct, this goes to show that the customer service team didn’t even verify if the tracking number was correct. I then contacted the customer service team, they then had to chase up the lender for the correct tracking number only to found out the lender did not ship it through express shipping, so I was not going to have a dress for the next day. At this stage, it was Friday afternoon. They then informed me they could send me a link to see which dresses are available for pick up on Friday. I sent them three different links and they said they would contact those lenders to see if I could go try them. After that, it was radio silence. No one contacted me ever after that. Not a phone call or a text following up on the available dresses for me to try/pick up for the wedding I needed to attend in less than 24 hours.
