Placed Order 4900229285 on January 17th for the Nadine Square Wrap Moissanite Hoop Earrings for vacation. The estimated shipping on the order was 12-20 days. The earrings arrived within the estimated timeframe.I was so excited to wear my new earrings. I went out to breakfast on 2/6 and lost 1 earring within 2 hrs of wearing them. Luckily, the restaurant found the earring in the chair cushions, so I immediately reached out Voogmechic customer service 2/9 regarding the earring’s loose clasp. I was informed that silver is a soft material, and it was not a quality issue. I was shocked by the response considering I other silver pieces with years of durability.On 2/10, Voogemechic sent me instructions to fix the clasp myself.On 2/12, I made a second request for a refund, and tha’ts when customer service stopped responding.I have receipts to back up everything stated here!
