The earrings I ordered looked really cheap. After multiple emails asking how to return, all I got was offers to exchange. I had paid by PayPal and so complained through there. They finally offered to allow a return and gave me the address. I did so, and as asked I supplied the tracking number (it cost over $10 to ship) through PayPal. Three days after the tracking number said it had been delivered I got an email telling me to return the item. I sent them this: “This has ALREADY BEEN RETURNED TO YOU AND RECEIVED. The tracking information was already supplied to you via PayPal but you did not acknowledge it. The package has my name on it but not inside. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Deliberately ignoring my request to return, and responding to requests to return only with offers to exchange is wrong. Here is my return tracking proof.”
