I recently had an issue with the earring post. In both cases, for exchange / post, I contacted customer support. In both cases they were extremely helpful and very responsive. They first made the exchange with no hassle and most recently offered a replacement for the broken post. I have to say that I rarely receive this type of customer support so I’m very impressed. Additional, the earrings are stunning. I highly recommend this company and the products they offered.
