Was pleased to receive my earrings. They looked exactly as expected! Couldn’t tell the difference between them and my real VSI quality diamonds. There was only one screw back in the package. There should have been two. I contacted support, and they immediately responded and they are sending me another screw back! They gave me the tracking information, etc. Not only is the product top notch, but the customer service is as well! I will continue to do business with this company for sure!
