I had ordered a pair of earrings but made a mistake so when I realized what I did I contacted customer service immediately. They asked me which ones I wanted and exchanged them!!! All I had to do was get the other pair into the mail, give them the tracking# and they shipped the new ones right out!! They're beautiful! I love moissanite. Such beauty for a great price.
