After joining I reckon, I landed my job in a month, within 30 days. So before joining I’d been applying for a couple of months, and I wasn’t getting interviews, I wasn’t being picked out and I think that’s the main difference that they’ve made for me.Across those months I managed to get one interview, but I didn’t get past that interview. Since joining the programme, I’ve had one assessment centre, and two final round interviews, and every interview I got I got to the final round, including the final round for the assessment centre one as well. I got interviews at good companies too since joining, the one I have landed a job in has its own barista for free on the floor, you don’t even need to go outside! The interview coaching was particularly helpful, working on how to answer the difficult questions, how to talk about myself, I think made an important difference to my interview success also. One prep strategy I learnt that was really good was messaging the recruiter after applying, you end up talking with them and when that relationship is built it really helps.I’m really, really happy, really excited compared to the demoralised game I was playing of just trying to pick up straws, and now I’m feeling really quite chuffed. It should be good fun. Definitely recommend VOQQAL to anyone thinking about it!
