Avoid this company...I updated my basket for 1 fan, I changed the colour and put in a discount code.Purchased 1 but the order was duplicated and I was charged for 2???I received the order on 3rd Dec and finally returned the unwanted fan on the 9th Dec...This was after 2 x 30 minute phone calls that hung up and said email the company!!!so after countless emails with no one seeming to know what was going on.After asking for my refund I've now been told it will be passed to the manager over the weekend then upto 10 days to get my money back which is probably after Christmas...I've never had customer service as bad In my life...
