I had dealt with John and he left me to it to decide on what the perfect car is for me. Once I decided he was more than happy for me to sit in the office and deal with the paperwork. No rushing and made sure that the price of my part ex was ok for me and made sure that the discovery sport i had picked is perfect for me to pick up a couple days later. I cannot fault them at all and I would definitely return to get another car in the future. 100% recommend
