TERRIBLE!!!I bought a car, noticed some issues when I went to view it but Steve assured me that it would be resolved before delivery. Nothing was resolved on delivery. Several calls was made but I was directed to the warranty company (Blackstar Warranty). Blackstar is absolutely terrible or even worse, they sent me to their trusted garage who did a diagnostic on the car but refused to take responsibility, sending me back to Vortex car for a second opinion. After several calls and emails, with false claims by staff of Blackstar warranty, they decided they were only going to pay £192 out of £1260. It has been the most stressful one month of my life, visited several garages since the first day of receiving the car. I wish I never bought a car in the first place!I have been contacted by Vortex car and we are in the process of return, I will come back to update as soon as everything is sorted.23 October 2025To respond to the comment by Vortex…You were aware of the issue before the car was delivered to me. I made several calls to your office both sales and warranty line but you kept telling me there was nothing you can do, referred me back to your third party warranty company(disastrous). Your business manager only called me when I came on Trustpilot to write a review. You didn’t act promptly, fairly or over and beyond at all because you refused to accept the car and forced the Broker to auction the car. The broker has accepted to count their loss, refund me and the lender while you get to keep the fund from selling a faulty car.Then you come on line to lie that you have accepted the car. Disappointing!!!
