If I could give zero stars, I would. This is not a trustworthy company. I ordered a hair wand on January 4, 2025, expecting delivery in 10 days, but as of February 24, 2025, it still hadn't arrived. I sent multiple emails and called a number that didn't have a professional voicemail. I finally received the wand on February 26, 2025, but wanted to return it since it was a delayed gift. They provided a return address in China and expected me to pay $48.80 for shipping after spending $217 on the wand. I sent tracking updates via email but received no responses for months. Eventually, I found out the package was lost in transit. Overall, this experience has left me feeling scammed and without any resolution.
