I like the wand and serum and had luck with improving my hair volume and thickness this last year.I've had a good experience with customer service in that they helped me pause my subscription and also sent me two replacement comb attachments when one arrived broken in the initial shipment. I haven't tried returning anything which seems to be the main source of frustration for people.
