Ordered a Clara Vintage. Vegan leather (plastic), came from China not EU as marketed on website. The bags quality was questionable, but I gave it a go and used it perhaps 5 times before it broke. It won’t carry much and falls open as the clasp is not strong enough. The final straw was when the interior zipper broke meaning it was useless. You can’t return after 30 days and they won’t arrange a repair. So money down the drain. Customer service responses to a manufacturer fault were to offer 20% refund. It’s a great business model, market as a quality ethical brand, dropship cheap from China, no refunds when faulty,no way to repair or return, only offer 20% partial refund. Customer exits frustrated, out of pocket. Company wins. Do not buy from this company, it’s cheap shite that will break and you have no way of returning or getting refund.
