Extremely, extremely disappointed with my purchase. I bought a bag for €68, supposedly made of vegan leather. The bag is awful — plastic, chemical, and cheap. It was shipped from China. The quality is terrible and nothing like the photos. It looks very cheap. And when I asked for a refund, even though they guarantee a 30-day money-back policy, they told me I had to return it to China. Shipping from France costs between €50 and €100. After several emails back and forth, they offered me a partial refund. They refunded me a small amount, but honestly, it’s still not worth it. Be careful: this is a company in China, even though they claim to be based in the Netherlands. Their website is misleading. They are dishonest, and their bags are not worth it. The bag I bought is not worth more than €5. I paid €68 for it, supposedly on sale. Be very careful. All these nicely presented websites… I later found dozens of them with different names.
