This has been one of the most disappointing online shopping experiences I've encountered. The material feels extremely cheap and the quality is nowhere near what was advertised online. It resembles low-quality fast fashion from a discount factory. The return process seems like a complete scam and is not as outlined on their website. They provide an incorrect return address, and only after you send the package do they notify you via email that it was the 'wrong warehouse.' Even if you return the item to the address they provided, they will only refund 50%, blaming the customer for their own errors. Adding to the frustration, the products are shipped directly from overseas to the customer, not from a local warehouse as implied. This is very misleading and dishonest. The customer support is unhelpful and rude, showing no interest in fair resolutions. They take no responsibility and shift the consequences onto the customer. I strongly advise against ordering from this seller. Poor quality, misleading details, unfair refund policies, and a complete lack of customer care. Avoid at all costs – a total waste of money.
