When l write an email to them, they will reply next week or not even reply
Canceled my connection during the month,told me that l owe them R69, told them that l don't have it, l will pay it monthly end among with my regular amount balance, THEY CANCELED MY CONNECTION
I SENT THEM AN EMAIL LAST WEEK ASKING THEM HOW MUCH SHOULD I PAY MONTH END R590 OR R600
BECAUSE WHEN I PAY R590 THEY SAY PAID UNSUCCESSFUL AND THEY ADD INTEREST FEE
